STAGING
The way you live in your home and
the way we sell your house
are two different things!

When you get ready to place your home on the market for sale it becomes a product and just like any product on the shelves at your local store.  Your home has features and benefits, pluses and minuses, and there are other products with which to compete.  To gain an edge in your marketplace you must be priced right and look better than the competition.  Sometimes it is difficult to think of your home as a mere product, but it helps to think that way in order to get top dollar for the home and sell it in a reasonable amount of time.

When we sell your home, you are going to move.  When you move, you are going to have to pack.  Most of the principals of Staging that I will recommend mean that you are going to pack up some of your things early – before we come to the market place.  It is a bit of work, but you are going to have to do it anyway, so let's do it now so you can get top dollar for your home in your marketplace.
